It is suitable for riders with a height between 160 cm and 200 cm, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of users.

Powering the RH20 is a 48V 22.5Ah lithium battery built with high-quality 18650 cells (2600mAh), providing long-lasting performance and dependable energy output. Combined with dual 500W motors, the bike delivers impressive acceleration, enhanced climbing ability, and smooth riding on various terrains. It can comfortably tackle inclines up to 30°, making it ideal for both urban roads and off-road adventures.

The bike features a Shimano 1×7-speed drivetrain, allowing riders to shift gears smoothly and adapt to different riding conditions. The 20 × 4.0-inch Kenda fat tires provide excellent grip, stability, and shock absorption on sand, snow, gravel, and rough roads. The bike also includes full front and rear iron fenders, helping protect the rider from mud and water splashes during wet weather.

The RH20 delivers an impressive riding range of approximately 50–60 km in pure electric mode and 80–100 km using pedal-assist mode, depending on terrain, rider weight, and riding conditions. By default, the bike is limited to 25 km/h to comply with local regulations. For use where regulations permit, users can adjust the display parameter P08 between 25 and 55 to speed 25 km/h unlockable. 

Charging the battery is convenient with the included 54.6V 2A charger, requiring approximately 7–8 hours for a full charge. The bike has a maximum load capacity of 120 kg, a net weight of 37.5 kg, and a gross shipping weight of 45.26 kg.

With an IPX4 waterproof rating, the RH20 can withstand light rain and splashes, making it suitable for everyday riding. The package includes the charger, user manual, tool kit, handlebar, pedals, quick-release axle, motor shaft cover, and an air pump. Please note that the throttle is supplied separately and requires self-installation, the bike does not support app connectivity, and the headlight is not K-code compliant.
