The bike is equipped with front and rear lighting and complies with the road traffic regulations. It is quick and easy to assemble. The bike is delivered 85% pre-assembled. The final assembly of the bicycle is done by the customer. Frame bag and tools are included in the delivery contents. Pedals, handlebar, bell, front light, saddle, mudguards and front wheel must be assembled by the customer. The brakes are mounted and just need to be adjusted. The gears are mounted and preset.

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items. Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions : Unfortunately gift cards cant be refunded Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
