Why does my new pedal stutter, is this a quality issue?
The bearings and rollers inside the new pedals need to be fully ridden before they can break in, because the bearings are well lubricated with grease.
Question ②
Why do my new pedals feel jerky when I ride on them?
The grease inside the pedals is sticky when you move the pedals by hand due to the small inertia of idling, but it is normal when you ride.

I dismantled the axle of the pedals for maintenance, why are the pedals broken?
Professional dismantling tools and skills are needed, if you need maintenance, please go to a professional agency for maintenance or repair, please refer to the bottom of the listing for the specific operation steps.

Why can't I unscrew the pedals?
The left pedal axle is disassembled counterclockwise, and the right pedal axle is disassembled clockwise.

Why are the pedals so light? Are they made of plastic?
Our pedals are made of injection-molded carbon fiber, a cost-effective, efficient and high-performance composite material, which is made by blending short carbon fibers into high-performance plastics, which significantly improves performance and reduces weight.

Why are there some lines on the new pedals I received, are they used, are they defects?
These are closing lines produced at the mold seams during the injection molding process of the product, which is a normal process feature of all injection molded products and does not affect any function.
Given that some buyers intentionally use empty packaging to say that we missed the product as well as the use of other brands of pedals to pretend that we send the wrong product, for the above bad behavior, please provide us with sufficient photos of the product to prove the dispute!

PD-06 PEDAL DISASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE STEPS
Before you start, you'll need to have these tools on hand.
1、Hot-air gun
2、Grease
3、PD-06 Pedal
4、6mm Allen wrench
5、8mm socket/open-end wrench
6、18mm socket or open-end wrench
STEP ①
please wear thick gloves to operate, to prevent burns !
Heating with a hot air gun, about 30-60 seconds, the longer the heating time, the better to unscrew, （NOTE: heating against the axis do not heating the body of the pedal！！！）
STEP ②
Unscrew with an 18 mm wrench after heating, loosen counterclockwise with the left pedal and clockwise with the right pedal.
Then take out the aluminum center tube and the axle from the pedal
STEP ③
Removal of the aluminum center tube and axle shaft requires the use of a 6mm Allen wrench with an 8mm socket (or open-end wrench).
We need to use an 8mm socket (or open-end wrench) to secure to the nut on the axle first, then disassemble it. Note that nut removal is counterclockwise for the left pedal and clockwise for the right pedal.
After completing this step, we have successfully disassembled the axle
STEP ④
Apply grease
The amount of grease you apply is up to you. Apply it to the bearing area of the aluminum center tube and the axle.
STEP ⑤
After the grease is applied，the axle should be inserted into the aluminum center tube properly, and the nut should be tightened with an 8 mm socket/open-end wrench.
Tighten the nut clockwise for the left pedal, counterclockwise for the right pedal, and make sure the locking torque is at least 50kgf.

Then tighten with an 18 mm socket wrench.
Tighten the aluminum center tube clockwise on the left pedal and counterclockwise on the right pedal
(Note that the aluminum center tube thread must be tightened to prevent the risk of off the pedal！！！)
